Welcome to Calcimate. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Calcimate's website, mobile applications, and other online services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Using the AI to generate non-educational, harmful, or spam content is strictly prohibited.
Automated scrapers or "bots" are not permitted without explicit written consent.
Creating accounts to impersonate other users or institutions is a violation of trust.
Attempting to decompile or extract the source code of the math engine.
We built Calcimate to be a transparent and secure math companion.
No 3rd-party training: Your data is never sold to train external LLMs.
Privacy-first voice: Voice inputs are processed locally and never stored on servers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to create an account.
You retain ownership of any equations or documents you create. By uploading, you grant Calcimate a limited license to host, display, and process your content to provide the service to you.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
We offer a 7-day "No Questions Asked" refund for new annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND CALCIMATE WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
